People Are Talking

Here's what people are saying about our classes:

"We absolutely love Music Together®! Johnny looks forward to class all week. I think we are in the middle of his fourth session, and he just keeps getting more and more out of the class. Currently I'll find him walking around the house, doing tonal patterns under his breath or humming 'The Goodbye Song.'"

"My throat is so full of music!"

Allegra K. [student]

"Not only does Waverly love the weekly class, she also clearly enjoys recognizing familiar songs when we play the CD. I've been fascinated to see that she is already developing her own taste in music--the William Tell Overture (a la Music Together) is her favorite song and is invaluable in the car, as she will literally stop fussing in order to hear it!"

Linnea B.

"We love your classes and are so happy Music Together has been a part of our everyday life for so long. It is an excellent program that fosters a love of music as well as encourages exploration and discovery from all involved. I love going to class as much for my own opportunity to sing as well as to see Jackson and Logan immersed and having fun!"

Stephanie C.

"Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoy the music and your classes. For a child who doesn't participate much during class, our daughter sings the songs all the time at home. Yesterday, for the first time, she modified the melodies by using her own lyrics. To the 'Mary Had a Red Dress' tune, she sang 'Mommy washes dishes all day long.' I never heard her do that before! Anyway, Music Together is really wonderful, and all three of us really enjoy the music. Thank you!"

"We love your class and sing Music Together songs all week long."

Jennifer V.

"Alisa has come to love music so much, thanks to your classes. I enjoyed the classes as much as she! My mother said that I've become a good singer, too!"

"Music Together has changed our lives. We love it! Everyone is always amazed by John's vocabulary and pronunciation skills. I think all the singing and music exposure has made a big difference for John. He started taking classes at 10 months--just watching the other kids--and now at 17 months he sings and dances all the time. At home I sing the 'Today's Now Yesterday' lullaby at bedtime, and the other night he joined me and sang the ending, '...sunlight.' It was one of many special moments made possible by Music Together. Thanks for bringing more music, dance, and fun into our home."

"Last night, I was singing a bit of one song to Zoe and sang, 'Dee Dee Deeeeee.' Zoe got a glimmer in her eye and then sang BACK to me in perfect time, 'Dee Dee Deeeeee!' She was so excited because she knew she did something big. I was so excited. Seth came home and she did it for him, too; he was so excited. This morning, she was able to sing it again. We're so proud of this milestone and excited to sing with our baby. We can't wait for class on Thursday!

"We'll definitely be taking another class--if not this summer, then this fall. Chloe still sings all of your songs, and in fact, 'Can You Do This?' helped her potty-train starting at 12 months. Just wanted to make sure you knew you made a big impression."

Emily M.

"Mikayla is really thriving from a music perspective....Whenever a commercial comes on that has music she will stop what she is doing and clap and sing...it is priceless....She has been saying, "clap your hands," and I didn't know where it came from until I saw your e-mail with "clapyourhands" as the password, and then I made the connection. She must have learned it in class...just like she did with 'Happy Birthday' last semester. My birthday was a week ago and to have her say, 'Happy Birthday, Mama,' was just the best. I commend you and your team for teaching my daughter to love and appreciate music...thank you so much!"

"I have been privileged to attend Music Together classes with 5 of my 6 grandchildren (the only reason the sixth didn’t attend was that her family lived in California at that time). It is a delight for me to hear Erin, Kiera, and Brianne singing all through the day, singing the lyrics of their favorite country music songs, AND carrying the tune. The twins, Charlie and Owen, have just started talking, and as we left music class last Monday, Charlie sang out (in his version, but understandable), 'Hello everybody, so nice to see you.' All I have to do when they’re all here is put the CD on and we have a concert--pots, pans, and all. Thank you for giving this gift to my family."

Maria B.

"I've done a lot of other local music programs, but this one is the most fun!"

"Life is bad without music. Can I have my music, please?"
