"Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoy the music and your classes. For a child who doesn't participate much during class, our daughter sings the songs all the time at home. Yesterday, for the first time, she modified the melodies by using her own lyrics. To the 'Mary Had a Red Dress' tune, she sang 'Mommy washes dishes all day long.' I never heard her do that before! "Last night, I was singing a bit of one song to Zoe and sang, 'Dee Dee Deeeeee.' Zoe got a glimmer in her eye and then sang BACK to me in perfect time, 'Dee Dee Deeeeee!' She was so excited because she knew she did something big. I was so excited. Seth came home and she did it for him, too; he was so excited. This morning, she was able to sing it again. We're so proud of this milestone and excited to sing with our baby. We can't wait for class on Thursday!

"I have been privileged to attend Music Together classes with 5 of my 6 grandchildren (the only reason the sixth didn’t attend was that her family lived in California at that time). It is a delight for me to hear Erin, Kiera, and Brianne singing all through the day, singing the lyrics of their favorite country music songs, AND carrying the tune. The twins, Charlie and Owen, have just started talking, and as we left music class last Monday, Charlie sang out (in his version, but understandable), 'Hello everybody, so nice to see you.'
